Personally I don’t think he had any intention of leaving Holland. Loved there and CL, we were used for a contract.Hypothetically, we're fucked

Agreed mate, which makes it all the more ridiculous given months of preparation that we don't have someone. Managers have wised up and a job at tottenham isn't necessarily easy to hire for anymore.Just a guess, but I think both of those deals were in the works long before the managers were sacked.
There's nothing hypothetical about that mate.Hypothetically, we're fucked
Anyone else sick of all this "so and so is the leading candidate but there are other candidates that are under consideration"? It's like being stuck in a time warp. That’s an article of which 2 people have no idea what’s going on so they’ve listed everyone who’s even been remotely linked.
I've been saying all the way through the last few years I don't want Levy out I just want him to give the football side up. I'm now fully out. Some of the stuff I've heard over the last few days eclipses anything previous.Fan engagement, Twitter is seriously useful for this, started using it at mclaren a fair few years ago, proper useful insight.
M won’t even cover the concerns if we are literally choosing a manager based on fans response - shows how badly we are run if we didn’t already know this anyway.

Of course he would court us, if he didn’t he wouldn’t get the raise. He has nothing to gain really from jumping ship now.But that's contrary to everything we've heard these past couple of month. I mean, he was basically twerking for us in the media last week. I don't believe that was done just to get a new contract, as he basically held all the cards after the season he just had anyway
I don't think there was anything hypothetical in the post from Prof...There's nothing hypothetical about that mate.
What a horrible man, only way he is going completely though is if the club is sold. Probably worth a lot less than a season ago but with Lewis/Levy, I imagine, they are still holding on to some crazy valuation.I've been saying all the way through the last few years I don't want Levy out I just want him to give the football side up. My mate spoke to someone this morning who told him about a conversation he'd had with Levy.... When talking about the fans unrest and chanting Levy replied "that's football and fans are fickle, it will all go away once we win a few games".
The guy is completely deluded.
Anyway enough about that let's talk about your season ticket money?

Neither do the board from the sound of things!More fluff and bullocks. They don’t have an idea who it’s going to be.

I mean...he isn't wrong, that would, will and has happened plenty of times!
Yep he is correct. And that is probably the outlook you need to have as an owner...but it is a dangerous line of thinking when you don't know how to win.I am with you.
But, sadly, Levy is not wrong here...
exactly. If we make a good run, or end up somehow competing for top 4 again next year, all those levy out chants will be goneI am with you.

Sad thing is he's actually right. Win a few games and the chants go away. The issue is we could get a manager who will get us back going the right way but will always fall short under Levy. So it's like every time he has a quick fix with a new manager to keep fans happy again and then we fall for it all over again. The best we ever get is to start heading in the right direction which gives the fans hope and keeps them off Levy's back for a while. We will never then push that extra bit to succeed and then drop off again so the cycle continues. Hopefully fans actually wake up to it more now, not just online though but at the games. So sick of these few balloons and pockets of chants on occasion.I've been saying all the way through the last few years I don't want Levy out I just want him to give the football side up.
