50% of my plan is complete.Wonder what @SlotBadger thinks of this new ITK.
Is he really gonna leave a team that’s going for the title? Don’t see it myself. Not till the end of the season anyway.
Tbf Nagelsmann has this great quote about how management is 70%social competence, 30% tactics. That’s a mile away from the last few years (and exactly what Klopp and Arteta have succeeded with).Replace hot headed pragmatic italian manager with a hot headed attacking german manager.
See you guys in 12 months for the same thread
Shortly after, but you'd assume it's info given in the context of pre sackingWas this posted before JN’s sacking?
He's 35... even Ancelotti or Bielsa can't keep all players happy all the time... Nagelsmann is very clever and smart for his age... already tried a lot. But of course he still has things to learn. I think he needs a club in between the size of Bayern and Leipzig now... Tottenham could well be a good fit. What if the pissed off players are the ones we want to keep ?
I think where my frustration currently lies is I believe if this were another top side something would be somewhat quickly, and with conviction. Hindsight is everything so this could mean F all in a few weeks time.
I think if a top PL side wanted Slot, they would have it wrapped up for now or the Summer. I don't think it would be considered a "long shot" (putting 2+2 together) getting a manager from the dutch league, with no disrespect. Sure he may want to stay on and lead the title charge, but I just think at the end of the day another club gets it done in whatever means possible.
Other journos and murmurs say we were in/close to Tuchel. Unless we're playing some sort of chess, Bayern caught wind, sacked their coach and locked in on Tuchel because they believe he is their guy in the same time we're putting feelers out.
Not trying to be overly negative, and I'm taking everything with large pinches of salt, but I just want the club to act with conviction. The signs to me just seem that there is not complete buy in again from everyone on the board and we sniff around in different areas until something falls perfectly into our lap. At the end of the day, we'll see how this plays out.
I think people have to take into account that Bayern Munich have been untouchable at the top of the bundesliga for a decade and the players that did that have aged and moved on and with any rebuild at a club like that the old timers cling on and think they know better. That's where they are at the moment.
Sounds a bit like us besides that our old timers that have clinged on have won f*ck all with us.I think people have to take into account that Bayern Munich have been untouchable at the top of the bundesliga for a decade and the players that did that have aged and moved on and with any rebuild at a club like that the old timers cling on and think they know better. That's where they are at the moment.
Is the other 50% getting Gerry Francis in as his assistant?50% of my plan is complete.
