How long does it take to show up in a members account they have a ticket?
I assigned one to my mate and I received the confirmation email but it’s not showing in his account that I’ve assigned it to him or showing on the app.

Has anyone using ticket share spoken to the ticket office? I'm in the same boat as you that my nephew is the recipient of a ticket share for tomorrow. It shows in his purchase history but not anywhere else on his membership account. I've just read the official site which suggested that forwarded tickets take the form of print at home tickets rather than being loaded onto access cards.

I’m in the same boat, apparently they have to accept the ticket, but there is nothing in the person’s account I transferred to accept. Will have to ring the ticket office tomorrow I guess...

No it is optional, with the idea being long term that you can leave your card at home. I wouldn't do that yet though. During the beta they asked you to bring it just in case.
