Skipp is slightly different to Davies, he should be playing week in and week out. He realistically isn’t going to get that here. It would be better for both parties to move him on.Davies is fine where he is, and there's no reason to upgrade right now, money is still finite. It's the same message with Skipp also. Everyone wanting to upgrade on everyone of our squad players is ludicrous. We need squad players who are happy and accepting to be just that, as there is no way we'd be able to keep 22 "desperate to be first teamers" happy. Squad ballance is far more than having great players in every single position and one in reserve.
Davies seems happy to be a squad member and does a solid job when called upon.
