You are right, but if you booted her out then led her on that you might have her back only to go off with a sexy old tubby Aussie instead, maybe you wouldnt actually be that bothered who she was with?
Really didn't get this part. Did we really lead him on that we are taking him back? I don't think Levy for the matter, and definitely not Paratici as well, was keen at all.

We should give him a warm round of applause and then sing Ange's name as normal and hopefully batter them

As long as we're winning and dominant then a round of you're Spurs and you know you are would be amusing towards the end

I have no ill feeling towards the bloke, I know plenty do. But we never wanted him back and he went to the only club available in a city, league and country he knows. The quotes don't even bother me. You say what your club wants to hear at that time.

After what he did do for us, you know, having our most sustained successful period in a long time, I think we should credit him for that. He gave me joy I hadn't seen since Harry, but along with that joy came a Champions League final.

The "fat" photoshops are disgusting as well by the way.

You want to boo him? Boo him. You want to applaud him? Applaud him. You want to ignore him? Ignore him. Just don't judge others who feel differently to you about it.

There’s a strongman/bodybuilder poch lookalike that goes to my gym. It’s weird.

Got a horrible feeling he’s gonna be the one to burst our bubble on Monday.

but then again would i truly be Spurs if i didn’t?

Sherwood beat us with a crap Villa side in his first game back at the Lane. Jol also beat us at the Lane with Fulham in the final third of a season and we ended up missing out on top four by a single point.

History suggests that a Chelsea victory on Monday is very likely.

If this 'horrible feeling' happens we'll still be 11 points clear of Chelsea, 1 point from top spot and still be our best ever start to a PL season after 11 games.

It would truly be Spurs to:

- Lose against a bad United side
- Lose against Sheffield United after a good start to the league
- Lose against Arsenal with an own goal and an unlucky pen
- Lose against a ten men Liverpool
- Lose as the first PL team ever at Luton, having got a man sent off for diving
- Lose to Fulham after a Willian and Vinicius masterclass
- Etc, etc.

It's like Spurs can positively surprise 10/10 times but fall on the 11th hurdle and then it's back to classic Spurs, Spursy etc.

Chelsea fans not going to love how Poch is saying his return to Tottenham will be ‘special’ 🤣😅 good on ya Poch!

Although to me this is a little bit where he lets himself down as a Manager, he’s a bit too emotional. When he was our Manager he basically openly flirted with the Man.U and Real Madrid jobs, he never fully shut them down and talked in riddles, now he’s Chelsea’s Manager he’s saying his return to play Spurs will be ‘special’, you never heard Jose or Conte say that about going back to play Chelsea for example.

I love that he’s said it because it’ll piss the Chavski fans off but I don’t think he helps himself sometimes, especially as he’s not even doing very well with Chelsea right now so it’s not like he’s got a lot of credit in the bank to say stuff like this that might further alienate his current clubs fanbase.

I have a similar feeling and there would be something poetically sad if that did happen however :
1) let’s hold it doesn’t happen and we go out and put them to the sword
2) Even if it does happen, we’ve still made the right choice with Ange and would still have made our best every start to a league season since 1960/61 and we’ll be worst case 1pt off top after 11 games so as much as it would suck balls it won’t be the end of the world at all.

That being said we also have a chance to beat what is a very up and down Chelsea side and essentially almost put the final nail in the Poch at Chelsea coffin which would be quite apt also.

At the end of the day it’s just a game of football and if we play to our potential with the crowd behind us I’m confident we will win fairly comfortably.

💯 this. Treat him with respect for what he achieved for us but show that we are team Ange now and no harm as you say in some pro poch songs towards the end of the match when we are 4/5-0 up :)

He still loves us. It’s the most upbeat I’ve seen him in any of his pressers.

I've seen a couple of other people post this but I don't ever recall him doing it.

I can’t find all the pressers and reports but he certainly flirted a bit with the idea of Real Madrid and a return to Spain, re. Man.U links he was a bit more coy but didn’t shut them down 💯 at the time. Anyways team BigAnge now but I do remember as much as I loved Poch it did irk me that I never felt he was 💯 committed whereas with Ange I feel that he is.

Really hope that there aren't too many dopey enough to boo him, but we've boo'ed players actually playing for us during games we're actually hoping for a result in....so you can't legislate for any dildos that may be in attendance.

The best thing that we can do is give him a good hand, that he respectfully deserves for what we shared together, and then use that hand to smack the shit out of Chelsea 4-0 and just do our talking on pitch.

Mate, look at him at the end of the Ajax game and tell me he wasn't committed. It meant as much to him as it did us.
