The Spurs boss on the fans singing his name

It means a lot but I'm not comfortable with it. You love what it means. For the most part it's blind faith. I haven't earned it yet. Hopefully when the day comes that we deliver something it will mean even more. I'm not dismissive of it and I'm very appreciative of it but it reminds me of the responsibility that I have to repay that faith

It is seriously impossible to not get on the same page as this guy.
If the club even reasonably backs him I feel very confident we will have good times in the future.
At the end of the season I said I didnt have much of a care left and ONLY wanted to be entertained after years of shit football.
He has very quickly got me looking forward to games.

I think there will be games this season which could finish 5-4. I have no idea if we would win or lose it but cant wait

The one season we don't have a bunch of games is the one season I want to watch us play every day. Typical. Love Ange and do have blind faith he will get us to where we want to be.

Fuck I hope this scapegoat culture goes. Always around but a nastier streak was brought by Mourinho and Conte and it's still lingering. Just pointlessly mean for the sake of clicks.
Were you here when we had Jenas playing for us 😂 I don’t think it will ever go.

One of the things that I liked in Ange's presser - when asked about Bissouma - he was blunt, and said there were some things he still needed to work on.

Bissouma had a great game - AND - he still has things he needs to work on. I love that they will sit down with the video and go over things that can be improved, and I love that Bissouma will take that on board. Never stop working to improve!

What a chore to sit through so many unoriginal questions thrown at you… fair play he kept so cool and managed to respond so well

I feel bad for Ange sometimes - having to face questions that he has nothing to do with (ticket prices).

Levy and/or the board should be in the public - answering these questions from the media or the fans but they chose to hide behind the manager. Brave.

Thought Ange answered these questions very well.

Great presser but the sound quality from the reporter's was abysmal. You would think that in our new media centre the quality would be better.

Look at the effect this man has had on us. We are all so taken with him. Marvellous.

Name a club above League 2 that would have thir chairman out answering any questions to the press. This is getting beyond a witch-hunt, it is becoming a new mental illness. This one is on the 'journalist'.

Chin up, we’re playing the second round of the league cup for the first time in years!

I think you’ve got the wrong end of what was been said. It’s not a managers position to answer these types of questions. But it was 100% the board who decided to stick 2 fingers up to the fans, even more salt to the wound when the star man has been sold!!

Yeah defensively and work rate wise he wasn’t actually that great, he definitely isn’t fit
