I've never heard such a silence as during the silent minute, very mighty.

Looks awsome with no sponsors on the shirts and Man utd's even without names.

In a weird way, my faith in Spurs fans is restored yet again. There are quite a few numpties at Spurs who boo at half time for no good reason apart from the fact we happen to be losing.... it seems it isn't just a Spurs trait. There were definitely some boos at half time. Bearing in mind this is Man U, who have been fucking awesome in the last 15 years, and it's the Munich anniversary, and they're playing against their local rivals... one poor 45 minutes and they get booed (by some). It definitely wasn't at the officials cos they hasn't done anything wrong (apart from the missed handball - but that was half hour earlier).

Stooopid Man U fans.

I've had 20 squid on City at 9/1.

Always thought there was a good chance of them raining on Man-U's parade.

Takes some of the gloss off our effort last week, though, eh?

The scarves are a super touch. Love the fact that everyone (even City) were holding theirs above their heads before and during the game. With Utd's kit, now I know what football was like back in the 50s.

...well, apart from the electronic ad boards, 75,000 seater stadium, and silly-haired, whinging, diving namby pamby players. But other than that...

2-1... Carrick

But it's all over.

City's first league double over United since 69/70 according to the 5live commentators.

First awaywin against Man Utd since 1974 and first time since 69/70 that City won both games during a season.

Howard Webb did an excellent job. England's best referee IMO.
