He hasn't had as good a second season but Cisse has still hit 13 goals. Wouldn't be completed against a move.

He'd be a good buy if he ever came on the market at a decent price. He has his faults but is a fantastically gifted footballer. I can't imagine that we wouldn't be better off this year if we had Ben Arfa as cover for the wing/wide forward position as opposed to the dread duo Siggy and Clint.
