You’re right, thats easy to miss if you’re only looking for the comedy thoughDon't understand the Boehly video drama, he literally shakes his hand with his left hand and looks at him.
It's because neither team had scored during the 90 minutes.Happy that Chelsea lost but felt a bit sad for Poch at the end of the match. What was that extra time all about.
I always think the challenge at Chelsea for a manager is how they deal with the board.Who can actually go there and do a better job than Poch is the question? They need a manager who can coach their young players to a higher level. Idk if anyone out there is better than Poch at that, even if he does choke in big games

After a season Poch got rid of the players he felt weren't right for us and started to create the team he wanted.
I think he'll struggle to do that at Chelsea.
They need more than two players. GK, CB, CM, LW, and FW.That's probably true but I also think he may have the team already. I actually see a lot talent in that squad but it's still a collection of young individuals rather than a collective team. So what I'm saying is rather than more signings and recruitment, what they need is someone who can unlock their potential and get them playing as a team. I don't see any managers available who can do that better than Poch can. Obviously there are managers who could do better but they're at clubs already and will be for a while.
Recruitment wise Chelsea just need a striker and a CB, the rest of the pieces are there. The board has to be patient imo.
They can't afford all that. LW they have Jackson and Sterling - good enough for now and Jackson is a young promising player, and looked good on the left. CM they have Enzo, Caicedo, Lavia, Gallagher, Ugochunkwu, and Nkunku who's really a #10. More than enough quality there it just needs time and proper coaching. GK yes but who can they actually get who's better? They need more than two players. GK, CB, CM, LW, and FW.

Their main priorities should be striker because they literally don't have one and CB to replace Silva. With that, and a bit of time to let the team gell, they'll be good enough for top 4 challenge imo
This. Ignoring all of citys previous misdemeanours of dodgy accounts, the reason they are finicially above FFP at this moment is because they:
1) dont over pay like chelsea do an walk away from stupid deals.
2) they have a great academy where they have mopped up alot of up and coming talent that they sell on for big profits, eg sancho, lavia, diaz, palmer etc. they have made over £250million in sales over the past 6/7 years. This is the model we are obviously looking to emulate. Buy loads of kids really cheaply and hope they either make the grade for us, or become decent premiership players elsewhere and make us decent profit. Chelsea up until now used to do that but would loan loads of them out, city cant be bothered with that nonsense and are more ruthless.
we don’t actually know what city pay for players, what if some of its off the books?
they are very well run, but it’s easy to be when you brought you way to success let’s be honest there Academy would’ve been extremely well funded, they split the costs over than multi club system for other things. They also have multi clubs to try and test things. The whole system is corrupt and yes, they’ve greater finding talent, but you don’t know how many bribes how many Scouts have paid off the books. No one has any idea really what they truly spending
