Tottenham are pondering the option of making a bid for discarded Inter goalkeeper Julio Cesar, reports the Gazzetta dello Sport.
The 32-year-old is available for transfer after being frozen out of the squad following the signing of Samir Handanovic from Udinese.
Tottenham are said to be considering an offer for the Brazilian international who Inter signed back in 2006.
There is also the possibility that the Nerazzurri could offer the player a contract rescission, thus making him available on a free transfer.
Inter are keen to get the player’s wages off their books given that he earns €4.5m a season and is tied to the outfit until June 2014.
Reported by Italian press. Still a top keeper I reckon.
