If We hadn't sold our best players...

There have been a couple of pieces on Twiter in recent days about 'imagine how good Arsenal would be if they hadn't sold X, Y and Z...' which got me thinking what our side could look like had we not sold our own X, Y and Z.

What would be your best (and worst if you like!) 11 from players who have played for us during the Santini, Jol, Ramos, Arry and AVB years?

Best:

Hugo

Walker - King - Kaboul - Verts

Sandro - Carrick

Modric

VDV - Berbatov - Bale

I think ideally Verts would be Centre back instead of Kaboul but our left backs have been a little limited! But not a bad side!

From that team i'd take these two back in a heartbeat.

Modric would of been there too but it's a no because of the way he left us.

I thought the idea was "what team would we have now if we didnt sell the players we sold who are still playing". So the team is fine, but not with king. he's retired. it's independent of selling or buying.

So, yeah, my bad.
