I'm sure 'needs' was just commenting on the fact that Harry, Roy Keane and Gio himself have all made reference to him having to pull his socks up.

Playing devils advocate here but,Based on what they have contributed this season, and last in the case of GDS, we could offload both Dos Santos and Pavlyuchenko without causing many problems.

I still hope the fates conspire to give Dos Santos an injury free run so that he can get a few substitute appearances and try and force his way into the team.

You could be right as it may be better for both in their respective careers. But selfishly I would like us to keep both as I honestly think we are going to need everyone at one stage or another because of injuries and suspensions, if we are to make a credible challenge for honours this season.

I would rather keep them both if we could, but I just don't see either of them getting a game in the EPL in the near future, so surly if offers come in they will go! And really, like the Defoe situation, and the O'Hara situation - who can blame them.......they need to play football:shrug:
