If I'm not wrong, the Chinese League has some cap of forms in signing foreign players. The Saudi League now doesn't seem like having one and it's really frustrating so many players just say yes to going there without second thoughts.

They do have limited places and it's only like 8 foreign players, hence the talk recently of one team binning off Jota who they just signed for Salah.
