Try to refresh it. Open up the pass, click the three dots in the top right hand corner, got to pass details and turn off Automatic Updates and then turn it back on. I seem to remember that worked for missing items on there. Good luck.

I bought my tickets for the Sheffield Utd match on Friday evening and the ticket in my Apple wallet updated around 10am on Saturday.

Bit the bullet and got one Hotspur plus membership. Then promptly bought a ticket for the Fulham game

All seemed to be going to plan. Got my digital pass set up in wallet, bought a good seat for Fulham, paid, confirmed, but now no sign of the match ticket in my wallet? Is this normal. Read a few vague things about the ticket appearing 7 days before a match but that’s hardly filling me with confidence.

Anyone have any experience of this?

Just had a quick look on my ticket confirmation for the Sheffield United match, looks like it will be loaded on 7 days before the game mine always do appear in the lead up to the game and never had any issues.


Member Sale (1 ticket per membership) - Tickets purchased during a Members’ sale will be automatically activated onto Digital Member Passes and Photo ID cards 7 days before the fixture. If you’ve made the booking within 7 days of the fixture, your pass will be updated 24 hours after purchase.
