It's weird how at one point last year Chavski were reportedly trying to replace AVB with Harry, and now the reverse has happened.

I'm a big AVB fan but I wouldn't exactly call his comments on Chavski 'dignified'.

I feel his reaction to what Redknapp said was dignified. He didn't do the easy thing which would have been to retaliate and make himself look petty.

I like Andre @ what he is doing for our club. However he needs to stop talking about Chelski & there owner it's getting v boring now. It makes him & us look small. He is now the manager of THFC, & needs to act accordingly instead of making out he is only here to show how wrong RA was to sack him. He should realise RA done him a favour & now he is at a real club with a real history & real fans. F Chelski & their shit club, 1 day from being here no longer, get over it Andre. I don't want to here them mentioned again except they provided a route to Tottenham Hotspur football Club.

Ok he didn't give it some in this press report, but

Harry has said nothing but good things about our club since he left & I thank him for that, & I thank him for 3 great years to be a THFC fan, so show some respect & rise above the media shite & show that we at THFC bigger than all those negative bast**ds. COYS

Ok maybe this article isn't the right example but you all know what I mean.

One wonders why you've spent so much time berating AVB for harping on about Cheatski, then finish off by stating that he didn't in the article?

Could it be that he has, in fact, moved on but you haven't?

It's the media that are asking him about Chelski, I doubt that he brings it up himself.

Exactly this, if he's asked the question then he answers it in a very dignified way imo - its not like he runs around offering quotes about his time at Chelsea to every journo who's willing to listen.

I think he has handled the whole thing brilliantly from the start.

Harrys comments were to unsettle Benetiz before both teams met - seemingly it worked as QPR won.

It had nothing to do with AVB, this is simply the media picking up those Redknapp mind games and transferring it to this game to give it more emphasis.

Happy with his reaction though, just a , ignore this and we'll work to win.

I like AVB's philosophy, management is ALL about the people underneath you who actually get the results. Managers are there to provide guidance, support and give the staff the knowledge and confidence to perform at the highest level.

AVB recognises this and clearly says it's about the players, they need to stability and confidence to express themselves. Very simple to be fair.

Harry's dig at AVB isn't exactly classy and mature, you certainly wouldn't think he was 30 years his senior, not to mention its a completely ignorant remark - as if there is only one way to manage; arm round the shoulder, tell them how good they are.

Don't agree - and as if those comments would unsettle Benitez, all the experience he's had over the years - with the likes of Ferguson etc.

Agree, and they re-hash old comments in new articles. I doubt he's actually said more than a few sentences about Chelsea since leaving them last year. Given what the press, in part, did in order to get him booted from the job then i would say he's been very tight lipped. Also the press are gagging for some dirt on RA and how he treats his managers - what he did to AVB at the time to them looked reasonable, but since with the appointment and then firing of RdM and now the fat spanish waiter being appointed, combined with the current Lampard situation i think has made them decide that actually RA and Chelsea FC are kind of a bunch of ****s. I'm just surprised it has taken them so long to work it out.
