I say this slightly in jest but I wonder if it might be worth trying a few youngsters in this match and those against City and Liverpool.

I don't see us getting much from those 3 games so may as well blood some youngsters and rest some of the main squad.

We can then bring people back in for the Burnley and Sheffield Utd games as wins in those games would be enough for 5th.

Won't happen but feels like just continuing to rotate some either knackered or out of form players doesn't do much for us.
Burnley comes before City

I agree with this 100%. If you look at the purple and gold "fans" on Twatter though (bellends like "Tottenham Away") you'd think all of our players are "shit", are on the beach, Ange needs to be sacked, Maddison is a rubbish chancer who needs to be sold, huge delight in Werner being injured.......I genuinely believe some of these people are mentally unwell and simply cannot cope with losing a derby match.

I mean its not all sunshine and roses but come on! Ultimately we are getting 5th and I'm cool with that......

Most of the more vociferous end of Spurs twitter appear to be mentally subhuman

With the form our midfield is in, and our defending at corners, Chelsea should fancy themselves.

Would be gobsmacked if we get anything from the next two games unfortunately.

Would be delighted to be proved wrong
Sorry to say I agree. Never thought we would get anything out of Arsenal Chelsea or Liverpool.

A fightback yes but still a poor performance overall. And a loss.

It was certainly better than the recent nonsense but also not enough to make me confident in the next few games.
Don’t know why but the Newcastle 4-0 game seems to have really finished me this season with regards to any optimism as I really thought we could win there. I couldn’t see us getting anything from the Arsenal game and feel the same about Chelsea and Liverpool. I’m expecting teams to score against us on every corner Think we will need to score 3 in each game to get anything from them. Really hope I’m talking out of my arse

I know many were saying that Newcastle A Arsenal H Chelsea A and Liverpool A was a tough run but if we were to end up with 0 points from a possible 12 points that in my view would be unacceptable and it clearly wouldn’t be deemed good enough by the fans or Ange however tough it appeared to be at the start of this run. Personally I don’t think we’ll end up with 0 from 12 in this 4 game sequence.

I was way more confident against Arsenal than I am for this. We'd find a way to lose against the Chelsea Under 10s side.

We dont lose tonight. We dont. Will we find a way to win however? Not certain about that. Stamford bridge isn't kind to us

Chelsea will most likely line up with a back 4 consisting of Gilchrist, Chalobah, Badiashile, and Cucurella.

We’re never going to get a better opportunity to win there considering their form and amount of injuries.
Didn't we say similar about Newcastle away 😆
