I don’t know if anyone else heard it, but I swear when Deki went down there’s a whistle that blows, and if you look at the player closest to the Chelsea player emerging with it, he half stepped back like he’d heard it too… I think some dick in the crowd blew a whistle. I thought I heard it in real time, so was surprised when the game wasn’t called back, but the replays all had canned sound so couldn’t tell.

Cucurella was grabbing first and I think Romero being much bigger started grabbing as well. The guys hair covers his whole upper body…might have been on purpose but also could see him just grabbing a hold of what he could.

Yep and especially against Tuchel/Chelsea as he seems to have contes number a bit more than pep and klopp even.

Add another 2 top players and get lenglet fit and Perisic fit and Bissouma Into the first XI we will look a different team.

I just left the stadium. That masks a very poor performance. We were shocking, our midfield hid and were out fought for everything. Our wing backs are horrific and bar his goal lane and son were shocking. Chelsea wanted it way more and looked miles better. Their front 3 out played ours just lucky they can’t finish

For pulling hair? He wasn’t on a yellow and it was a yellow at best. If he’d been on a yellow VAR might have called ref over because it would have been a red.

Set pieces still kill us, need more depth in defense, better RWB, and a creative midfielder (we can maybe get away without some of those but can't do better than top 4 finish that way IMO).
