Sky used to do this years ago via the red button (Fanzone etc) but they stopped.
I vaguely remember but wasnt sure. It so biased now its painful. I just dont understand why they do it, they must be aware its biased and cringeworthy.

I really enjoyed watching AM but when we play like that I shit myself.
Probably because we dont defend anywhere near as well but I think if I was a AM fan I'd still be nipped up.

So what is it with PSG? Is it just too easy for them in Ligue 1 and they can't motivate themselves in European matches? They were absolutely dire for about 85 minutes of that match.
It's not a question of motivation. They just simply aren't as good as the top sides in far stronger leagues, who have to play at a higher level every week.

PSG are better than everyone else in Ligue 1 by virtue of spending a fuckton and having some star players. But it's virtually impossible to suddenly compete at a higher level in Europe when they aren't tested week in week out in their league.

They're just a richer version of Celtic.

Fanzone was an option, the audio without the commentary was another option, there was also an alternate camera angle.

That's what I meant, maybe motivation was the wrong word. They play lesser teams week in week out in the league and they settle into a "this football lark is easy" mentality and then they just can't take that step up when they need to. I don't see them ever doing well internationally unless Ligue 1 suddenly gets a lot more competitive.

I watched Dourtmund PSG but was wishing for the same functionality.

Really tired of listening to commentators who feel the need to waffle incessantly over the game. It’s really fucking annoying.
Talksport is the worst. They seem to forget its radio and you cant actually see whats going on. You've absolutely no idea at all whats happening or even the bloody score for about 15min at a time. You will however get a full history lesson on some players, the managers, the club, the coach, the stadium, recent results, possibly an agent and, depending on the commentator, an opion on something to do with their old team that arent even fkin playing in this match. Everything BUT whats happening on the pitch lol.

Does anyone believe AM can do it? I missed the match as I had to take my son to see Sonic the Hedgehog. Good movie btw. Jim Carey was great. Not a huge fan of kid's movies (love me a bit of anime though) but this was very decent. If you're kids are on you to see a movie during half term, this ain't bad.
I digress, i know Athletico have the shithousery, but do they have the skill? Was their a huge gap in quality?
I can accept Liverpool winning the league, that's done, but league and champs league would be hard to take.

I don't think AM can keep Liverpool from scoring the question is, can AM score the vital away goal. Even still, it will be hard to keep Liverpool to 2 but we have done it.

Also Haaland, what a player.

I think Atletico will probably have to score at Anfield, but they could well go through on away goals losing 2-1 given last night's performance. Stopping Liverpool from getting the away goal was huge.

By the time the second leg comes around Gimenez, Herrera, Trippier, Costa and Morata will presumably all be fully fit, all were either half fit or MIA last night, and that should also strengthen them.

I get the importance of the Anfield crowd but I think Klopp et al are acting a bit irresponsibility with their comments about the return leg.

Taking up how intimidating it is and saying what a big part the fans have to play in this. It's seems like they are not so subtly attempting to whip the crowd into a frenzy which will no doubt result in scenes like the time they attacked the Man City bus. I'm sure when that happens they will act all shocked and feign disapproval.

I get that fan support is important but as a club they have a responsibility to create a safe atmosphere for all who attend and encourage support not intimidation.

Seriously fuck Liverpool and Klopp. They can just succumb to defeats, bias refereeing, fatigue and injuries and I still won't have any ounce of sympathy for them. Is really time karma deals them one now. Long overdue.

It shows you how shite the Prem is this season. Liverpool come up against a proper side for the first time this season and get beat.
