Hello guys,

I have a quick question about how the ticket sharing works with Spurs....I have a ticket to Tottenham - Liverpool and I cannot attend the game, so I plan on giving it to my mate.

How do I do that ?

I am not a Season Ticket Holder, I am a One Hotspur + Member, can I still use the Ticket Share ? Or Ticket Share is restricted only to Season Holders ?

How do I transfer my ticket to him ? If I give him my phone to use my digital pass , do they ask for ID at the entrance ? Or can I transfer the digital pass onto his phone ? I have no clue, how this works guys....please help out

Yes you can. My Son in Law does it regularly with me although I don't know the method.

thanks...If your Son In Law is a One Hotspur member and not a Season Ticker Holder, than I should be able to do the same...

well....I'm not ST, I am One Hotspur just like you...hope OH members can share tickets as well to friends and family....It's weird that I cannot find that information anywhere on their website, and that very few users on this forum know anything about it...

Why don't you email the ticket office. They always seem to respond to my queries within 24 hours

Try [email protected]

I did email and they told me something like that...she didn't even answer the question....I was hoping members will post here from their personal experience with Ticket Share, but no one seems to use it...weird

"
Thank you for your reply.

We cannot confirm whether Ticket Share or Ticket Exchange will open to members, however should this open this will be no later than 48 hours prior to kick off."

thank you mate....u are life saver...it says clearly that even non-members can share their tickets using ticket share...I hope this thread helps others...thanks again

How can Members and Non-Members use Ticket Share?

If you are a Member or Non-Member, you will be able to use Ticket Share for any ticket you have purchased no later than 48 hours before the game in question.

When the Ticket Share platform is open for you, you should see a ‘Manage Tickets’ option when you log into your e-ticketing account. If this option is not immediately showing, it may be that Ticket Share is not yet live, in which case we would encourage you to check back later.

Once you have selected your ticket for the fixture, you will have the option to choose which supporter within your network you would like to gift the ticket to. Please see My Network for guidance on how to add a supporter to your account. If the person you are forwarding to does not already have an account, they can create one for free, after which you’ll be able to add them to your network.

You will receive a confirmation when your ticket has been forwarded to that supporter. Please note that they must accept the ticket from within their e-ticketing account in order to use it. (Failure to accept the ticket will mean it will stay assigned to you for the game.) Once your ticket has been accepted, your ticket will be removed from your digital pass and a link to download a digital ticket will be sent to the recipient. They must then download the ticket to their mobile device.

Bump!

I'm basically asking the same question. Can't got to West Ham and know someone who would like to go instead. I'm a member not a season ticket holder and I've enquired about transferring the ticket over to someone else and basically been told it can't be done.

Obviously in the old days you would just give them your card but not so easy now they have made it all digital. Has anyone had this situation and come up with a way around it as I'd rather the ticket went to seomone I know rather than just on the exchange.

Are there sites where people offer there tickets away for free if they cant attend?

Seems a shame to waste a ticket and potential for people to buy food and merch at the ground. You cant buy tickets on the exchange anymore unless you are a hotspur member which doesnt seem like the best idea either.

HotspurTickets on twitter. Tweet @ them. They'll retweet it - make sure your private messages are open. Or various Facebook Spurs ticket groups.

Can't wait for spurs to realise they can't dupe every casual viewer to buy a membership when buying one ticket in the entire season, soon they will be having a lot of empty seats

Absolute joke as a member you can't resell with covid in the world etc even by official means unless you get your mate to sign up as a member
