So, what you are saying is no Nusa, is good Nusa?I'm sort of hoping the silence and apparent lack of activity these last couple of days means we are taking him now and Brugge have readied their incoming replacement.

Very true and that is why he is available to us and at the quoted price of under €30m.I haven’t seen any of this kid and I see a lot of people are excited. The thing with young players as sometimes they don’t develop into the player you’d hope, so my expectation is somewhat muted. If we get him though I wish him all the best.
He’s also only ever played at a really low level of competition, I keep seeing statistical comparisons where he’s top in everything, but he’s playing in the Belgian league, it’s a huge step up to the premier league, especially for small tricky wingers. It makes me wonder how our own players would fair playing against the likes of Westerloo and Eupen week in week out. I bet Gil would look like Messi over there, and suspect our own talented youngsters like Santiago, Donley and Moore would be blowing everyone away too.I haven’t seen any of this kid and I see a lot of people are excited. you are restricted to one a day - left one today and right one tomorrow - repeat until signing complete - watch the zipper thoughcan anyone get their balls out for this transfer or is it restricted to those with blue backgrounds?
And less waffle? This thread needs more puns. Belgian puns ideally.
That would be the icing on the cake and the cherry on top.

More a cut throat razor and a big splash of cologne type of guyNo Lawnmower for Christmas?
We will need to have a look at what's next on their Christmas list's and get that instead.I really hope we can confirm Nusa soon.
I have no idea about the player himself, I'm just concerned for the welfare of @Nick-TopSpursMan and @Ghost Hardware if we don't bring him in.
Great video analysis on Nusa here and very balanced too, with a decent amount of footage:
I have to agree, that was pretty underwhelming but our recruitment team and more importantly Ange have a really good eye for a player so I'll trust themYep good video. I’m not sure from this where the hype is but got to trust the scouting process.
Considering Johnson scored 8 goals in the premier league last season and fans expected him to be tearing it up for us I hope that they do give this kid a lot of time to settle in as he’s going to need it. If we sign him for the start of next season I don’t expect him to start having meaningful impacts until the season after at the earliest and could take longer. He’s also only ever played at a really low level of competition, I keep seeing statistical comparisons where he’s top in everything, but he’s playing in the Belgian league, it’s a huge step up to the premier league, especially for small tricky wingers. He's not going to slot straight in and work miracles imo. People will need to be patient.
