Dembele was a Demi-God
Who would you say is the best in the world in his role currently?I believe he will improve in the final third with more experience and coaching. He could potentially become one of the very best in the world in his position, I really believe that.
Gundogen, silva, valverdeWho would you say is the best in the world in his role currently?
In Poch’s formation he was elite.I know but he also wasn't really capable of more than he did. He was elite at breaking the lines but pretty average at everything else. That is why I think he is wildly overrated in here by some and I say that as someone who really loved him as a player.
Our team fell apart when he left in January 2019. We were cruising at 3rd in the PL at that point, having averaged over 2.2 points per game, but then averaged only 1.4 points per game after he left. No, he was unreal. He was the fulcrum and heart beat of the best team I have seen at spurs the 16/17 season. Our team fell apart when he started to get persistent injuries
Unfortunately, all demi-gods have a weakness. For him it was his hip, for King it was knees. Both could well otherwise have been in conversation as the best in the world (perhaps best of their generation) for their position.Dembele was a Demi-God
Back in 2019, I was hoping to one day be able to talk about Ndombele as the best in the world for this position.Who would you say is the best in the world in his role currently?
Dembele was good but he's still getting better on here.
FfsNo, he was unreal. He was the fulcrum and heart beat of the best team I have seen at spurs the 16/17 season. Our team fell apart when he started to get persistent injuries
Can he play CM?Love Pape. So happy he is back. I think he’ll be fine for tomorrow, probably one of the fittest players we have. He’ll be right back and bringing all his energy.
Who started all this Dembele stuff?Ffs
…am I still in the Bergvall thread or could it be that I’ve got stuck in a loop where everything is about Dembele forever in all threads…
Who told Pape he couldn't join in?
Actually weren't you invited but it was only one of those polite and courteous invitations but you really didn't know them and just an outsider? That's me at 6 years old when I didn't get invited to the neighbor's birthday party.
Who told Pape he couldn't join in?
he was outstanding for us in his last game before AFCON.Love Pape. So happy he is back. I think he’ll be fine for tomorrow, probably one of the fittest players we have. He’ll be right back and bringing all his energy.
Judging by the bib - he was not on the winning team, but did photobomb the picture...
