Phenomenal young talent, still raw but looks incredibly special. LW, fast, very technical, loves the ball at his feet, can shoot with ether foot, still a work in progress tho. Not sure how much he’d bring immediately but Ideal long term prospect for LW.
Just to add he also presses really well so in that regard he’d also be perfect for our system. As he’s comfortable with both feet he can play on ether side but obviously he’s primarily a LW. He is also a creative passer with good vision and will drift central looking for a through ball. I’ve mentioned before but he’s actually pretty similar to Soulé another player I’m a fan of. The concern about Nusa is he isn’t particularly strong physically and can be bullied off the ball. Hence me saying he probably wouldn’t bring much to the table if he joined now. But he’s only 18 so that’s to be expected. He’s certainly an exceptional prospect tho as I mentioned previously. Certainly in keeping with our other recent young recruitment.

Can someone give me the low down on Antonio nusa please 😊
I've often referred to him as the Norwegian Mbappe, a bit tongue in cheek but with a bit of seriousness. He's less flashy than Mbappe, but he's skillful and glides across the pitch with real speed and nimbleness. Decent end product as well for his age

Me and Ghost Hardware seeing that Nusa post and celebrating like Spurs just scored a 90th minute winner.

Raw, wouldn’t be immediately amazing but has the elite potential we need in a winger signing. He would be a good impact player in the short term and with Ange in charge who knows how quickly he’d develop.

Nusa is the one, and if we get him in January he'll eventually be HG. IMO he's better than Bobb who's getting minutes for City, so I don't see any reason why he couldn't contribute from the get go.

PEH really wants to go. He has made that clear to the club, just as he did in the Summer. He sacked his agent after he failed to get him a move back in Sept/Oct and has since appointed an Italian Brief(with ties to Juve) on an interim basis to try and get him his move. The club have given the green light to discuss his transfer with other clubs but he knows it'll be on our terms and subject to us being able to adequately replace him. He is not part of our long term plans has always been professional, and so all parties are happy for this to happen.

Still a lot of moving parts that need to be put into place but it's more likely than not imo that he goes this window as long as Juve ante up with what we see as an appropriate deal.

If he stays the club are in no doubt he'll crack on and give it 100% for the remainder of the season.
The guy has got dog’s abuse and there are times when the quality hasn’t been there but he has cracked on. I’ve never understood the level of criticism he gets tbh. I hope he gets a good move for all parties.

Would also back up what Herc said about “18 year olds” who we all assumed meant Roony, Stanis or Vermeeren.

Wonder if we would contemplate a loan back, or just bring him in now?

Would make a lot of sense. He’d suit our system very well. Would much prefer him over Jota, far greater potential. Hopefully we can pursued Brugge let him go this window.

Would love it to happen but considering Brugge are letting their other highly rated talent Tajon Buchanan go to AC Milan I would be surprised if they also Nusa go as well. Nusa is one of the most highly rated players in Europe so if he has a good season they could probably get a bigger fee for him in the summer.

Brugge would certainly prefer to keep him for the season, they have already said as much a month or so back. They are still in the European conference league and they just sold Buchanan to Milan as @JUSTINSIGNAL mentions above, so getting him now would be tricky. Supposedly Nusa is also keen not to rush his next move. Personally, even if we can agree a fee I think he might benefit from the regular game time, as long as we buy him and register him now for HG status.

I’m not going to pretend I know much about Nusa specifically, but I love these kind of deals, you don’t have to hit many to make them a steal. The Poch team had the likes of Walker, Rose, Dier and Dele who were snapped up as youngsters for low fees, and we’ve hit two bullseyes in Sarr and Udogie. I’d love to sign at least one a year

I do like us being linked with young players with great potential, Udogie worked out great. We have had media links to 18 year old Vermeeren who is absolute class and now ITK links to 18 year old Nusa. Affordable with ability, the only downside is time it takes to develop and maybe having to loan them back as part of the deal.

It just feels right for who we are and how we operate.

Made his Norway debut in the fall, he was immediately elevated to the same importance to the team as Ødegaard and Haaland. Kid is special.

they could probably get a bigger fee for him in the summer.

From what I understand they are sweating a little bit as it's a lot of money for them and they worry an injury could crush a transfer. Nusa has been carrying an issue with his back recently which also make them wary about it.

I wonder if we could sign Nusa and loan him back until the summer to secure the signing. Then bring in Jota on a loan to help us in the short term.
