You mean like the accusation of rape being enough to condemn someone even if it's false?

That's the most ludicrous thing I've heard. With the greatest of respect you cannot condemn a group of people based on a mere accusation
Im going out a limb here, and assuming Ralph doesn't work in the legal sector.

Yes - Jim White giving it the good one at the moment.

did you here the Chelsea fan who called in saying he and his son left at 75 minutes because it was too hostile? And that he was right near where all the chanting came from and the gestures too. He could hear all of it and got spat at etc etc

Firstly, it was at the other end of the pitch to the away support so he is just talking shite!
Fibbing ****.

What I'm really disliking about this is that Chelsea are again getting way with their Nazi shite. That should be getting as much attention.

This thread is so stupid. Looks horrible on us. “We were racist? Oh but where’s the evidence” is that the new “how can i be racist if i have a black friend?” Be better SC. Whether the incident happened or not is not the fucking point. We all know there are racists in our fan base and this isnt the first time this happened with our fan base. We need to stamp this out of football. We have to take responsibility. We cant just say “oh there’s no evidence” or “oh but it wasnt me”. It looks bad on all of us.

bit did it, really? surely by now the faces would have been plastered over every media outlet by now. I have been to hundreds of games and NEVER heard monkey chants by our fans. If it did happen, then it’s disgusting and unacceptable, but if it didn’t then the club are in a very difficult situation as to say there is no evidence is basically saying he’s a liar and that would make the club look even worse.
For right or wrong this will stick to the club and make us look bad, and unless evidence is produced proving it, we will probably never know for definite, but will certainly be tarnished by it for a long time.

In the meantime, Sky are making that twat who tried to shut down Neville last night backpedal. In fact SSN are going a bit overboard with this at the moment in order to rectify that.

Its no coincidence that the EDL movement and Tommy Robinsons rise was off the back off football "firms" supporting him and the cause
The head of the football lads alliance was a spurs fan. We have racists everywhere, and i've heard it at WHL before.

It's like asking every American fan on here to take responsibility every time you say something fucking stupid, just because you happen to share a nationality.
You should be responsible for the bollocks you come out with and no-one else, you're not their responsibility, the same as racist Spurs fans aren't mine.

If the club want to go all in on them, then fair play, they do have a responsibility.

Said it yesterday in the match thread, people will let the media drive this which is fucking ironic considering some of the broadcasters and publications that'll hand the pitchforks out.

State of this country.

Can I agree and disagree?

Anybody who is trying to say ‘no evidence, we don’t have a problem’ is a moron.
As is anyone saying ‘accusation is all that’s needed’

We, like every other club in the game in this country, have a racist element to our support.
I heard fans on the train laughing about Rudigers claims. They didn’t exactly say ‘well he deserved it’ but they were insinuating it at the very least.

Until the powers that be actually do something about all racism in the game, it’s not going to stop. Call these scumbags out for what they are and make a proper example of them. We need to police such stuff better as fans ( when it happens )

Gary Neville got on his soapbox but he has a point. We’ve just had a general election based almost entirely on immigration. Our prime minister has a history of making ignorant, racist remarks. It’s a society problem. Chuck in the tribal culture at football and the high emotions the game brings to fans and they’ll literally go to any lengths to insult and offended opposition fans and players.
Yesterday we had us chanting about Alonso being a murderer, Chelsea ‘shhhhhhing’ which is what they now do to mimic the gas chambers, it goes to show the lengths people go to and what people accept as being so called ‘banter’ ( absolute shithouse word that is used to excuse insults and a basic lack of wit usually )

I imagine he was told down his ear that he had to say what he said to Neville.

I’ve got no sympathy for Alonso. He killed someone and got off without so much as a whimper.

Judging by the way Sky are properly fire fighting it, I think he did that himself.

I heard chants of “Cheat, Cheat, Cheat” shortly before the complaint was made. Given the rhythm and intonation they could have been misconstrued as Monkey noises which they assuredly weren’t.

NB: I’m not saying that there wasn’t racist language only that I didn’t hear it

Name me one thing that the FLA team have said that is racist ? you need to do some research before you start making accusations, as for the Spurs fan being head of the FLA, why don't you arrange to meet up with him for a chat so you can explain why you are implying that he is a racist.

If its as reported then lifetime ban for the **** please, as well as criminal prosecution. We need to have a hard stance on this shit.

If its as reported I'm a bit baffled by the knuckledraggers logic. He is a fan of a team that has Aurier, Sanchez, Rose, NDombele, Sissoko, Son, and Dele in. All "non-white". Fucking prick.

Today I heard the chant "murderer" chanted at Alonso, now, i dont know the details of what happened when he was a youth player but for me, on a human level, that has no place in football.
This is the kind of person you are dealing with during a football match, these people sit around me and I class as decent people but in the moment say shit like that.
All round shit day. I'm told a can of paint has spilt all over the floor at home and it's my fault as I stacked it like Jenga! Balls!

The two fellas was behind me. They was also singing a song about it as well.

It wasn't based almost entirely on immigration, where have you been for the last 6 weeks.

Seriously? Defending the FLA? The Spurs fan being spoken of above is a convicted hooligan. I think we all know what is going on with these knuckleheads.

Right in the area and other pals on the segment. No one heard any racist chants. My take is maybe rudi didn’t like the stick. Haven’t read through all comments on here so don’t know if someone sat next to the idiots. Hope it’s not true
