That could be the Juve journos playing catch-up after the story came out here.

“Dybala to Spurs” could help us push Betis into a deal, and also spark interest in Dybala. If both clubs are briefing their tame journos then our “interest” could be a bluff to drive Bayern, United or whoever into action.

Or we really could be trying to sign him, and we’re having a window where we may potentially break our transfer record 3 times, plus signing youth players... Strange times.
Fair enough, but the club feels like its changing , DL will back Poch imo, not just because he fears Poch would walk, but i feel he has seen what CL finals do for a club both financially and prestige wise. Levy will know that the stadium and the sponsors, plus Poch and the fans, will not accept going backwards now we have had a taste, and he knows that will hurt his pocket in the long run, and btw i do believe he actually wants to win things, but has done things the right way round.imo
If we don’t sign some very good players;
1. Poch will be pissed
2. Ndombele will be pissed
So I am sure the possibilities of B plans are firmly in hand.

I have no issue and complain re ITK. But you are saying that others are panicking even though the itk said so and so. Well we know DL for sometime now and things got the same this TW just like others. Its only 10 days left and as usual we haven't done our desired job. We have to panic as we desire to win things just like liverpool did.
We “have” to panic?

Christ on a bike!

You mean you think they will be pissed... Or you will be pissed?
I mean they will be pissed and so will Kane, Alli and others. They would like to succeed in their chosen profession. Of course players will be pissed. I will be pissed. Many others will be pissed. You may choose to be pissed. Or not. That’s cool. Be happy. Many won’t be.
As I said, I am sure the B plans are in full swing IF they need to be.
No problems with any opinions. This is ITK discussion.

Do you think they were overly pissed that we signed no one and got to the CL final last season?

EDIT * probably better not to have this discussion in here as we’ve had no ITK in any way about players being pissed if we don’t sign anyone else *

UNDER 21
Our target signed for another club unfortunately. The other one also signed, in this case, Man Citeh. We were confident, but didn’t work out on either. Very slight possibility on one coming in near the end of window. And they wouldn’t be ready for first team for at least a year, if it happened. Not a certainty though.
Thanks Mr H!!
Good to hear answers to these questions and also a sense that you understand that some of us are feeling disappointed SO FAR. ❤️

Reading this thread is like watching Parliament discussing Brexit.

Pessimists vs Optimists - I guess it's just how people are.

Luckily, the TW doesn't last until 31 October.

Not sure that people are surprised, are they?

You're dissapointed (see post #609).

But hey, make your own mind up and DM me if you'd like to discuss further. I'd be more than happy to offline.

I'd prefer to keep the Thread strictly for ITK and not ruin it for others.

Come on you Spurs!

So it sounds like, Lo Celso is there or there abouts. Positive place to be.
Sessegnon may be dependant on Rose, but that goes against the ITK we have seen all
Summer. The comments were Ndombele, Clarke, Lo Celso and Sessegnon were not dependant on sales.
Dybala, seems like a late shift in plans based on sudden unexpected availability.
If its Dybala or Eriksen, I’m actually inclined to say Eriksen if he commits to stay. Better balance to the squad.
