Does anyone know what the deal is with season ticket holders and this game? Are we automatically enrolled for it? I'm a ST holder and have only missed 2 PL games at Wembley this season, but I can't find any information of whether my ticket means I'll automatically get a ticket vs Palace.

Off course you get a automatic ticket mate. It’s kinda the point of the season ticket ?
Edit: although remember you have to buy your champion league game ticket when the window is open.

It’s on your ST card. Later on, if you choose I think, you can have it loaded onto your smart phone via the app.
Another edit - the City CL tickets go on sale to ST holders tomorrow.

With all the upheaval and disruption over the last few years it can all get a little bit of a mess in regards to tickets etc but as said all ST holders automatically have a ticket to the Palace game and all remaining home league games
It's the CL home game v Man City that we must remember to apply for. I think they go on sale from this Friday

Cool, thanks mate - yes, I'm struggling to keep track of it. Was waiting for the email saying 'Palace tickets now on sale' and it just never arrived. Logged on to the website to find it sold out, panicked

Thanks, reassuring. I wasn't sure what the refund policy was as I've not been using it (my brother took the two I couldn't make). Assumed the refund thing was for the whole transition season

One of my mates bought a membership last week to purchase a ticket for Saturday's test match but the official site says packs take 4-6 weeks to deliver. Does this mean a visit to the ticket office is in order?

Yes you finally get to use your stadium card and be like a proper season ticket holder. They have said nothing because the ticket is yours, only cup games plus extras that we have to get tickets for

I tried the beta for the u18 game and they said in correspondence afterwards that it should get a proper release before Palace.
