Assuming the appeal is rejected, how many more appeals are potentially available?
Depends on the holidays, cars and house etc. the solictor(s) want this year.

Lets ride!I could only find a normal fork, will that do?
Yes, by lurking I mean reading. Nice work though detective.

So how much was offered, how much are they worth and how much do they want?
I reckon 35000 spurs fans should each send them a shit in a jiffy bag through the post. would be funny as fuck.
Have you ever stopped and thought that just maybe, possibly, they could be right and you could be wrong. Maybe these "many stupid fans" are not the stupid ones after all. Just throwing it out there like
Hehe. Those greedy solicitors who work 15 hour days who get paid a fixed fee (which is ultimately negotiated down and doesn't reflect their salary at all).
Definitely their fault.
Any solicitor who is working 15 hours a day for a fixed fee is shit and the only people who would use them would be because they were appointed by the state.
Do you think the owner of Archway walked around the corner and popped into his local solicitor and they applied for a high court injunction? LOL
This sheet metal work company is represented by a firm whose offices are basically next to the Old Bailey and they were behind the Arsenal Stadium Regeneration Scheme, London Olympic Bid Planning and Swanwick Marina to name but a few.
Knowing this and how it works I was just playing on the fact in my reply. I didn't think anyone would be that naive not to understand it.
However let me explain it another way...
Knowing and applying the law over and over applying for these injunctions etc. just makes them richer and richer regardless of the outcome.
Obviously a different case but the point remains....
Abu Hamza
Arrested in 2004 and finally extradited in 2012. Why did it take so long? because lawyers kept applying for injunctions based on a breach of human rights over and over (basically exploiting the system). This cost millions and you think solicitors were working on this 15 hours a day for a fixed fee!!!
Before you reply, which inevitably you will, I suggest you read Bleak House (Charles Dickens) before you do because once you have read it you won't reply but you will award me a Winner star
Seeing Archway interviewed on SSN, I at least took comfort that they said they realise they will have to go and are willing.
Think this is a timing thing rather than if it will happen or not.
I agree and it is difficult to understand the full picture as not a lot of info coming out (certainly from our side).I saw this last night...with the daughter being interviewed...
"we don't want a big payout, we want..."
Very long pause...I think I had time to get up have a pee and get back to the tv...still pausing while she finds the right words...
"we want whats right"
My issue with the Sky Sports News emotional appeal interview is that it's all very one sided because ENIC/THFC have remained very tight lipped because of the sensitive nature of the case. Anything that could be said would probably get reported out of context to make the big bad company look like the evil party.
I'm still very cross about all this...
"group of utter wanker spurs fans lambasting ENIC"
Thats a cheap pathetic jibe mate. I was quoting another post. A post from a "pro ENIC" member actually. I love spurs. I fucking hate woolwich and everything they stand for. To even suggest otherwise is the worst possible insult you could throw at me.mate I was just in your street and passed the postman, he said he was trying to deliver your Arsenal season ticket but he didn't know if you still lived there

Just felt at least they know they will have to go at some point.
