5 or 6 in with a shout for MoTM.

Sarr, Boss, Udogie, Porro, Kulu.

Not one bad performance out there today.

Some of our link up and passing and moving was up there with the best i've ever seen from any team.

Porro for me. Him and Udogie caused absolute havoc. Lots of good performances throughout the team. Bit disappointed for GLC in that he came and immediately had Bissouma and Sarr replaced with Hojbjerg and Skipp.

If Porro doesn't win this one he'll never win one. Don't know what else a full back can do in one game of football. 10/10

A lot of players worth being voted MOM but I went with Sarr. I felt his inclusion today along side Bissouma helped shield the defense and his forward runs open up so much space for others. Felt he was the difference maker today.

Vicario 7
Porro 9
Romero 6
Davies 8
Udogie 8.5
Bissouma 7
Sarr 8
Kulu 8.5
Johnson 8
Richarlison 8
Son 9
Lo Celso 6
Hobjerg 6

Tough to choose between Son and Porro but Son did miss a couple of chances and was a bit fortunate that the keeper brought him down . I don’t recall Porro putting a foot wrong and a lot of positive contributions. Both had great games though

Son (8+), Captain's performance
Destroyed Trippier who has been a key player for Newcastle this season.
Two assists and a penalty which he earned and scored.
Great watch and good all round performance
Porro (8+), Udogie (8) especially and Sarr, (8) but everyone pulled their weight.
Like Kulu in the centre, Johnson on the right and Son left.
Could be the re-birth of two goal Richarlison now injury free.

It's gonna be up and down (Dare I say Rollercoaster?)
but the path is set.
We will win some we might lose and lose some we should win
but buckle up for the long haul.

Voted Davies as its gone under the radar how consistent he's been in very tricky times, but MOTM could easly be one of 5 or 6.

Porro and Son were both outstanding.

We were magnificent to a man.

Went for Richy but tbh it could be pretty much any of the starters and there'd be no argument from me.

Yes Richie (8) seemed to have an extra gear today, be great if he hits a run of form. Sonny (9) my MoM never seen him sharper at 31, led by example
what a player. Porro (8.5) excellent too. Not sure exactly what Sarr (8) did in detail, but his overall presence added a solidity.

We shouldn't get too carried away tho , Toon were tired, depleted and just back from a 3-0 clobbering at Everton.

Lol I had Richy, Sarr, Son, Porro, Biss, Udogie and Kulu all on 9s :D

Lets not forget that certain goal saving touch by much maligned Ben Davies too.
