Several websites are reporting this as a done deal, with an official announcement to be made tomorrow. If this goes ahead, I reckon it'll be the best thing to happen to Irish football since the day Big Jack agreed to take the reins. The guy has a proven track record, and is a bigger appointment than we could've expected. Maybe we'll have our own Capello :wink:

Even though he's an ex gooner, i'm a little more excited about Brady being involved. Trapp knows the game as well as any manager, but he can't speak english. Brady speaks italian and was brought to italy by Trapp. Also, the fact that he is over the gooners youth development must mean he has some sort of idea what a football looks like, unlike Steve"The Gaffer"Staunton.
