Davinson Sanchez certainly left his mark on Brazil as Colombia came from a goal down to secure what could be a vital point in their South American qualifying group clash.

Still, did anyone watch the game? How did Sanchez do in general?

If he does that in the PL or CL he'll pick up more bookings than I've had solitary sex sessions, and I assure you that is a lot!!!

I didn't watch the game and have never seen him play, but I think he reads the game like Hansen, tackles like King, heads like Staam and passes like Ferdinand.

Just a shame that is Pauline Hansen, Johnathan King, Deirdre Staam and Franz Ferdinand

Caught most of the 2nd half, was mostly impressed. While he didn't have a lot to do later on, he made the most of his opportunities.

Strength obviously an asset, and he showed it in spades. Seemed to be the strongest player on the pitch. When you're the youngest too, it's enough to make a fan hopefully optimistic for the future.

Did a good number on positioning too, but my biggest takeaway was how explosive and decisive he is. A few times he went for a seemingly irretrievable loose ball, with me yelling at the screen to get back, only to casually nab it and continue upfield. You can see this a lot in his highlight reel: getting caught out and needing to use athleticism to make up for it. The key will be to hone his decision-making, and cut down the risk taking.

By and large, a positive performance. While there were several negatives -- first touch looked to need work -- he held his own and showed his talents.

I've just watched the clip (battering Alves) he can't do that in the EPL, I can see him giving a few pens away :bag:

When he smashes Alves he seems to be playing on the left, did he play there for the full game ?
