According to The Times, England’s No. 1 striker is willing to sign a new deal with Spurs if his potential compensation can eclipse £400,000 per week. Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy is reportedly open to the idea of smashing his wage structure to lock Kane down until 2027, but only if a heavy percentage of that compensation is tied to lofty bonuses.

I seriously hope he doesn’t get rewarded for his disrespectful behaviour.
He earns plenty already

It's not a reward, it's tying him down to a longer contract in return of ensuring he's paid a 'market rate', win for both.

No-one is gonna care about the fact that he tried to engineer himself a move to get out the club if he's banging in goals over the next few years which is more than likely

Do we seriously have to keep posting this shit? It's clearly not news or of any interest. Pure clickbait guesswork.

If other teams see him as a £160m player then they should pay £160m for him.
I don’t think they do, Daniel Levy does though, which is the premise of the article I think. I certainly wouldn’t be giving him a pay rise after his antics.

I disliking Kane and the way he's behaved. Its an insult to give him a better deal when he has no choice other than to stay.
I hope his heart will be in it, a long hard Tottenham season ahead. What a sorry mess this all is. We need to
draw a line and move on quickly because this can become sour and could effect the team. He will replace one of the 11 which , for me, is unfair because of the way we've started the season. If I were drop, I would not happy at all.

edit: he's staying because his current contract stopped him. Why open it up to allow him to leave for possibly less..

The article looked like uniformed, guesswork clickbait so I didn't look.

We definitely shouldn't be giving Kane a pay rise. Let him stay this season and see what happens.

Headline: media aggrieved at the Harry/City narrative ending, so attempt to wring every last column inch out of this horseshit by printing random bollocks.
