Read the article. It’s about Sessegnon. He doesn’t say anything about Skipp and Spence - he doesn’t mention them by name until then - until he answers a question (which has been edited out) about the players Sessegnon plays with in the U21s.

The first paragraph is as close to fabrication as one can get without actually lying.

I agree it's misrepresentation, but Conte is quoted as saying, about the three:

"For sure there is a possibility for them in the future if they continue to improve to make another step with the national team."

Given they're all currently U21s, the "another step" can only feasible mean making the senior squad.

So the first para is fair in saying he thinks they "could all become senior England internationals".

The bit about their current rate of development is a bit off, though.
