They changed the handball rule in the week or so after the Dier incident - Based predominantly on the ridiculousness on some of the decisions mostly the one against Dier. The change of rule came too late for us, but I guess it was for the best. We got stiffed by that shit handball rule so many...
Looking forward to seeing what team goes out there, goes 1-0 up early on and then sits back to let Fulham attack us for 80 minutes, and for them to score a last 5 minute equaliser from a set piece.
Great times.
Love what you said mate. I think you’re spot on, it’s embedded in our DNA.
What’s interesting is in today’s press conference José was asked about the term “Spursy” and he said he’s aware of the term and isn’t interested in the past he’s just interested in the future.
The fact José is aware...
It’s the players I misunderstand, not Jose. How do they consistently fuck things up when we finally get somewhere that looks good? Puncturing positivity is what they, as a collective, consistently do.
Sorry matey.
Was just trying to highlight we don’t know if it’s postponed or cancelled yet. So people saying postponed are premature at this point.
Still no official word as yet.
The point being no one knows if it’s been postponed (which means we’d have to play it at a later date) or whether it’s just cancelled and we go through.
So it’s a big difference and we don’t know what the outcome is yet. So saying it’s been postponed is not accurate as things stand.
