    Maybe he feels the personal at the back do what he needs. I think we all agree that it’s in front of that the problems lay, in a lack of protection and creativity up top. Maybe sorting these out would help us defensively.

    Great post and in my humble opinion absolutely spot on, like you say some don’t get it! It’s all about the here and now and not looking at growth, development and the bigger picture.
