I agree. But I feel that we only have a chance when the players just abandon everything they’ve ben working on in training and just rely on natural talent and desire. That can’t be right, can it?
I guess the question is did Tuchel buy Dier because he fitted his system perfectly, or has he adjusted his system to suit the players he actually has? And which approach is more likely to be successful?
