Isak from Newcastle due to the ffp rules coming heavily down would put us firmly in a title charge. Can play anywhere along the front 3

At this stage - for this season - I don't think we are looking to bring in more attackers.

Sonny, Werner, Richarlison, Kulusevski, Johnson, Solomon - we have quality and depth. Maybe in the summer we can re-visit, but I can't see bringing in another 1st team attacker.

And we are 2nd in the league in goals scored - I think the missing piece for a title charge this season, is to improve CM depth - whether a player to compete/rotate with Bissouma, or Sarr,

football.london understands that Tottenham are among the Premier League clubs to have shown an interest in Norwich's talented winger Jonathan Rowe, but at this moment have not made a move for the versatile 20-year-old who has scored 12 goals and provided three assists in 28 matches this season.

Re Henderson, it's unlikely he'll come to the UK, let alone Spurs because of the huge tax bill he will be hit with. He appears to have options with Ajax and Juventus. Lets hope he lands one of these because at least when he starts for England, he will have played some real football and not exhibition level

Tottenham continue to be linked with Kalvin Phillips with the 28-year-old set to leave Manchester City. However, football.londonunderstands that Spurs are not looking to make a move for the England international at this time.

Gold on Phillips. Also apparently Newcastle have moved on from him due to the financials supposedly involved,

My Norwich supporting mate says Rowe has been the only bright spark for months. Through the academy and a good lad apparently. You'd think after the eventual price Max Aaron's went for, Norwich might be tempted to sell. His stock is high and it's good for their finances which have been in the red for a while.

Not really sure where to put it, and not sure that it really makes any sense for us anymore. BUT, with Everton's ongoing financial issues, should we make a big move for Branthwaite in the summer?

No imo. Even with their financial issues they will have enough clubs interested in him to have an auction and demand a £40m plus fee.

We have a strong group of CB's now plus Davies as a capable 4th choice and lots of talented young players. There are other areas of our team where that kind of money could be much better spent (attack, rotation 6/8, LB etc).

Why pay £40m for Branthwaite when you can get Kelly for free in the summer as rotation. Money will be far better spent on a midfielder IMO.

The real question is why get ether if Phillips continues to impress.

Ether way I think we can wait until summer and reassess. Best case scenario is Phillips get that last spot IMO.

Would prefer gibbs-white if we were to raid one of the two cheat clubs

If anything we get a younger version of Davies, someone to play LB in angels system to challenge Udogie but can also cover CB if needed. Still gives a youth a chance as 4th CB if needed as well.

Davies is fine where he is, and there's no reason to upgrade right now, money is still finite. It's the same message with Skipp also. Everyone wanting to upgrade on everyone of our squad players is ludicrous. We need squad players who are happy and accepting to be just that, as there is no way we'd be able to keep 22 "desperate to be first teamers" happy. Squad ballance is far more than having great players in every single position and one in reserve.
