And? What has age got to do with it? Have you seen him play the defensive midfield role lately? He may well crack it again at CB, but he is shadow of his former self.

I don't think players are supposed to jump into the stands confront & threaten fans ...I may be wrong on that but I think it's frowned upon
The FA. You dont go into the stands to confront anyone.

if there is no footage, then it didnt happen. How would that be therefore be dangerous?
The stadium cameras will pick out every action and probably every comment. Fingers crossed it was just handbags, if he threw any punches he will be in big trouble.

As for that video, watched it over and over, can’t even make out his target, all I see is Dier stumbling through people and being engulfed by the crowd and security.

Dont agree. I think he bulked out alot over the last couple of years and the loss of mobility meant he wasnt effective at CM anymore. I think he has looked immediately much more comfortable at CB and that is where he should continue.

He'll probably get a bit of a slapped wrist and maybe a short ban, but all this 'banned for the rest of the season' stuff is just hysterics.

Look a bit harder. Agree you can't really see the target but you can see his arm/elbow repeatedly drawing back to strike. (Presuming you're watching the same video as me). He's gonna be in big trouble. Great for the Amazon doc though.

I imagine the FA will haul him in on some charge or another. It doesnt look like it was Cantona level physical assault.
