At some point this magic formula of buying cheap and selling to Chelsea for a ridiculous profit is going to come unstuck and I can see them falling very quickly when it does.
This is why I always try and stay grounded when we snap up young talent - I seem to remember we all thought the club had done really well to land him and he was a real upcoming talent.

Is there any reason (legal or otherwise) why they have announced they are looking for investors? They normally keep such things quite close to their chest so it seems a bit unusual to make a point of it in the accounts?
I think the idea is to show other teams that if they co-operate they'll be treated fairly. Everton tried to hide and delay their wrong doings so any points deduction would be the following season.
They’ve dropped one of their sponsors, knowing their luck they’ll replace them with some other company that will sort out their financial issues.
