That last 30 minutes was a nice reminder that we can play some good football. Shame we didn't set out this way or make the change earlier but at 4-0 I was fearing the worst so will take the pleasant surprise.
Not what I want but I really think he could be in some trouble if this form continues until the end of season.
He needs his players as does any manager but we are so far off it if we lose our remaining games playing like this I think Levy will have a big call to make.
There are a lot of...
Really disappointed with the lack of changes at half time. He cant give it big talk in pressers but then sit on his hands.
Players who aren't cutting it need to be hooked. How Gio and Richarlison didn't start and haven't come on is atrocious.
Yeah, the talk of change is a bit cheap when you aren't willing to change things yourself.
How he has allowed the same team out the second half is awful. All the talk of being brave yet giving the same players failing chance after chance is just shit.
Romero has his faults but at least he has balls.
Too many gutless players and players being asked to do a role they are completely ill-suited to.
So much work to be done.
Don't get me wrong, we are really bad at the moment. Ange certainly has made errors and needs to learn from these just as much as we need new players. Mentality is awful and some players are just not worth a sniff in thus system, continuing with them whilst also talking about change doesn't work.
I know others don't like the selection and I agree re some players. Would have liked to include GLC and Richarlison.
I do think if Ange has changed to play on the counter he deserves some credit. Been massive criticism about him having no plan b and not adapting to opposition in recent weeks...
I know people always give stick when clubs come out challenging decisions. We have to call this out, it's honestly disgusting.
I used to love football, so disengaged with it these days.
