having thought on it, i would be more worried about that game if i was Liverpool. Everyone knows we are pants at the minute, no manager, no DOF, half of the team will be gone in the summer, the other half needs replacing. We practically need a whole new defence and keeper. We gift goals to opposition and are full of individual errors. So you beat us, big whoop.

On the other hand, that is Liverpools best defence and we easily could have scored 5 or 6. They arent going to get back to what they were. Klopp knows it too. They will continue to ship goals next season imo.

The Jota/Skipp incident I wouldn't personally be calling for a red card. It was a slow bouncing ball that neither was really in a position to take down properly, Jota waved his foot at it, Skippy quite cleverly and bravely absolutely launched himself head first at it to win a freekick and took a boot in the head. Slow-mo replays from every angle look bad, but I would be fuming if a Spurs player got sent off for that to be honest.

The Richarlison penalty shout though is probably the worst VAR injustice we've had thus far. How on any earth is that not a spot kick? Absolutely fucking barmy officiating that.
I take your point but it was not like jota didn't see him he was looking at him when he kicked head high.

Conte was miles better than Jose and Nuno?

At what? The bloke was fucking woeful - worst I have seen in our dugout and I’ve been watching for nearly 40 years…. And we’ve been proper shit for most of that time.
As have I and that is a bullshit statement. Last year he turned Nunos mess into an incredible amount of form and goals. This year it derailed and we still finished way above the results of most other managers we've had bar redknapp and poch.

You think he's worse than Sherwood, gross, mourinho, Nuno, hoddle, Graham, Ramos, avb?

Livid. Think I would have been more relaxed if Liverpool beat us comfortably, but to fight against all odds in bringing it back to 3 all, and then throw it away grrrrrrrr. To then have to listen to all the spursy comments, Klopp's deluded injustice etc just makes my blood boil.

According to the PL website, Spurs have 8 individual errors leading to goals this season. Only Leeds have more (9). Most teams have 4 or less.

Really love it here, but the club has hurt so much this season that I find I couldn't bring myself to spend time longer reading any Spurs-related stuffs as much as I would love to. Always need a good sleep and a few days to settle the emotion..

I agree Im not sure what the calls for a red card are about. One dipped his head, one raised his foot. It was just above mid air... I didnt really see it as a red before and still dont see it as a red.
You are joking right?

don't talk nonsense. People need to get over their hatred for conte. He got us fourth and he left when we were 3rd.

worst you've seen in nearly 40 years. Ahahhahahahahaaaa

I like this post but can I just say that whilst you have a point your original one just added to the negativity.

I always try and remember when ppl moan that this or other social media maybe their only way of talking about spurs. Not everyone has WhatsApp groups or even football liking mates.
Yeah, you're probably right but it was initially meant as a light-hearted jibe, nothing more and I didn't mean to stoke the negativity.
This place is pretty much my only place for discussing Spurs, so I maybe sometimes get too wrapped up in what's been said on here in all the different threads.
It's been a long weekend.
