This rebuild is going to be tough. Who's gonna want to buy our massive pile of deadwood, especially when clubs are skint after the pandemic? Levy's gonna have to take a hit on their sale price or we're truely fucked. We absolutely cannot have some of these players hanging around next season
the problem problem is twofold. we're getting run over in midfield exposing a less than stellar defense. second, we don't have a leader on the field that drives the field player's performance up. watch Lloris's reaction after the third goal. it was "I can't believe this" vs "This is f***ing unacceptable". Kane is a good enough captain when things are good but i don't see anyone including Kane, changing other player's behaviors, etc. when things aren't rosy. Yes, they are professionals and should be able to do it on their own. but that isn't there. the easiest fix is a midfield general. imagine a Roy Keane type character in the middle of field and what the impact would be of a player like him.

You really can’t see how poor they are? Kane and son give the ball away 9/10 times they touch it these days. The defence is bad but it’s even harder when the forwards can’t string 2 passes together and they up against it for 85 minutes
