I find the team has no identity. I don't know what we are trying to be . I don't know who we currently are and I have no idea what our best 11 is and that's never a good sign. All the good teams of days gone by you can name the starting 11's.

We come across as a bit of a rabble , dare I say it , a bit like them down the road.

They are very different players despite having some similarities. Those similarities Lo Celso certainly trumps over Winks. But I'd say Winks probably has more discipline and experience playing that recycling role. He'll also give the ball away far less, however Lo Celso will give it away more but make more incisive passes. Depends how you want to look at it. But different players.
