It was Crouchy. He said it in his podcast too, that Pulis would split the team for training into the fancy Dan's and the water carriers.I think it was Crouchy, but in whoevers-book-it-was they said that he would split the team into two to do training - attackers and defenders - and the two groups were called something like "salt" and "pepper" and the defenders would only be coached on heading, tackling, and booting the ball away, and attackers on attacking - no overall team cohesion or team practice sessions. Something like that.
I'm going off memory, but I had assumed he'd be more of a modern/expansive coach due to being a Redknapp protege, but it made him sound like the kind of dinosaur people incorrectly accuse BFS of being.
Can't remember the exact terms Crouchy used but like the rest of his pods, it was very funny.
