One bad run and people are calling for Poch to go.
Wow.
Are people forgetting that he took us to a CL final a couple of months ago?
Have people forgotten that night in Amsterdam?
Pathetic.
Pochettino should be the Spurs manager. Turf out the wasters and let him build his mkII. Enough of this rubbish!!!!!
Getting a new manager in isnt going to solve the problems. They will still be there.
A little surprised by some of the backlash to Eddie Howe. I think he’d be a good ‘project’ manager and can obviously see why he’d appeal to Levy.
He’s implemented a clear style at Bournemouth, he’s a good man manager and coach. Bournemouth tend to go on a bit of a sticky patch every year and he continuously manages to turn it around.
Not saying he’d be the answer if Pochettino goes, or that he’d be my numero uno choice, but I’d much rather him than someone like Farke.
3 PL titles, a Europa cup and domestic cups.Mourinho's tenures in the PL has always ended up in a farce. The guy has more memes than a cartoon character.
On the other hand I do believe this Spurs squad needs to be rattled. I'm disgusted by the performance of certain players. I do believe Mourinho is the right man for that particular job. He's won it all and despite his antics he'd instil instant respect with the players. As interim coach until the end of the season - Absolutely.
But I also believe someone like Nagelsmann or Eddie Howe (Not necessarily them just a young and up and coming coach who has succeded at lower levels) is the right call long term. It doesn't matter how you twist it we're in a state where we need a new project. Just as Pep and Klopp had a season each where they rebuilt their respective squads.
The thing is that I don't believe our next project or chapter will take 4-5 years to develop. We have have the stadium and the training ground. Our spending this past TW shows that Levy can and will spend the big money. We have the infrastructure to do what Klopp did at Liverpool.
It'll be Mourinho until the end of the season, or possibly a 2 year deal. I should imagine he'll get a huge wad of cash if we can make the Champions League or win a trophy.

Apologies, I read your first paragraph and responded before reading the rest (thinking it was just another hit piece on Mourinho).Mourinho's tenures in the PL has always ended up in a farce. The guy has more memes than a cartoon character.

If you listen to him in punditry he's absolutely desperate to be coaching again and he wants the PL.I’m still not convinced he’ll see us as big enough and come. He’s turned us down twice before after all.
Voted him though. I think our squad is perfect for him.
I don't want Mourinho anywhere near the place primarily because he's a classless knob. He's a flat track bully who is successful when he has the best team in the league with unlimited resources and enough cash to buy piles of shite with the odd diamond in it. He wont get that here, and when he doesn't, he'll poison the place chucking about the accusations against everyone from individual players to the owners and Board. His treatment of some players and some of his staff has been disgusting and I'm not even going to start on the type of football he'd serve up.

But the project has come to the end of its cycle and all that's left is a load of broken parts not fit for purpose. Howe would be mad to come in here whilst the deadwood remains. He would be on a hiding to nothing.A little surprised by some of the backlash to Eddie Howe. I think he’d be a good ‘project’ manager and can obviously see why he’d appeal to Levy.

By idiot you mean serial winner who won the Champions League with Porto and Inter with far inferior squads who's won trophies at every club he's been at? Then yes he's a idiot
