It depends on Brighton. If he persists with the diamond, more and more people will jump.
That’s why i mentioned (in my last post) that he has to know his mistakes and make the necessary changes - formation, personnel, subs etc.

Everyone is about not playing DM. Poch always played dm when he had one. He tried crocked wanyama but he is finished. Dier is always injured. Whose fault it is to shift wanyama and bring in fit DM.
Let’s start by beating the sh*t out of Brighton and get our season going from strength to strength from now on.A day has gone by now. Tempers have been calmed, heads are clearer and more SCers (as compared to 24 hrs ago) are now more willing to give Poch some leeway, provided he realises his mistakes and takes the necessary actions to rectify them.
Umm don't we essentially know this to be false? I, and most on here, take what Ally Gold reports as the stone cold truth. He reported legitimate bids/interest in Ceballos, Fernandes, Dybala & Saliba. He got the best out of them consistently and we only had one way of playing. As soon as teams just sat deep week in week out we struggled. He's never really had a plan b and I'm ok with that as long as you persist with a working plan a.
As for the transfers. He said repeatedly he would only but players that would improve the squad. Well in his view that consisted of only 4 players. That in itself is laughable.
we've now got apparently 6-7 wantaway players that are the problem causing trouble etc. Yet he's still playing all of them week in week out. The players are unhappy and it's more than those listed numerous times in this thread. We'll there are more than that and we will need an entire new side to eliminate the issues at this rate.
I've never seen or heard of a manager that's managed to turn a squad round from this position before and I doubt very much he will now.
As the normal whore is not doing his job here’s Ali Z from COYS earlier today ‘
Last night showed one thing , we still have loads of ability but we ARE not in it together.’
Name a manager who will play as the players want to. Pep was criticized in first season for his style he didn't abandon it but he changed the players. Its manager jobs on the line not players. He did mention this rebuild which means this lots of prima donna had to be shifted this summer but the club failed to do so. ts not so hard to understand.

He NEEDS to LISTEN to what his players are saying! If he doesn’t, then let’s pray. They want the system changed. It is so evident now ?
Raneiri did it the season Leicester win the title.
Managers have to adapt if the way they want to play isn't working. Even Wenger realized that towards the end of his reign when he finally went to three at the back. He left it too late though.
The rumours are that Dier isn't injured. Apparently he's another one who's had a falling out with Poch. What about playing Skipp?
Levy had agreed a deal to sell Wanyama. He refused to go at the last minute. You can't blame him or Poch for that.
Can’t disagree with this.He NEEDS to LISTEN to what his players are saying! If he doesn’t, then let’s pray. They want the system changed. It is so evident now ?
Sissoko needs to be careful. The diamond is the only system he might actually start in for me if everyones available. 3rd choice #6 and 3rd choice #8.He NEEDS to LISTEN to what his players are saying! If he doesn’t, then let’s pray. They want the system changed. It is so evident now ?
Did we use a different system when we played Palace? It's the only game that I can think of when we looked comfortable. He NEEDS to LISTEN to what his players are saying! If he doesn’t, then let’s pray. They want the system changed. It is so evident now ?
Matt Law in the Telegraph saying it’s business as usual and Poch has full backing of the club and Levy.
Sounds about right. We haven’t entered crisis mode just yet but I do think we aren’t far away. We know that Levy won’t react emotionally like us fans do however I do think the next three or four games are critical. Anything less than 6 points from the next two will be terrible.
I reckon if we end up losing the next two, and get a mauling at Liverpool, that’s when Levy will act.
I think Poch gets another 4 - 6 weeks or so

I thought this was interesting from Dan KP he did an AMA on reddit - a little bit on Poch in there:
Thanks for this. Bookies have Poch as a favorite to get sacked. How likely is this?
Dan_KP
I personally can't see the club sacking Poch anytime soon, unless the situation goes nuclear. He's worked miracles for the past five years and Levy is very aware of the magnitude of his achievements in difficult circumstances, particularly while the stadium was being finished last season.
If it was failing as spectacularly at Liverpool or City, u think Pep or Klopp would persevere with it?Name a manager who will play as the players want to.
