Norwich will give teams run for the money. I was impressed with their passing & movement. Yes, they were naive at times, but when they had the ball, they always looked to play it forward with pace.

Any team that can create chances like they do & score, will be fine.

Man City playing catch up again.

I have no doubts Liverpool will lose steam by December. Liverpool have to go to Club world cup in Qatar in middle of December. Most of their players played in Copa America & AFCON. They will suffer like us (last season) with muscle injuries. First of which happened to Allison today.

Very lucky with injuries last year and now the goalie hurts himself during the first game. Out for at least one game, maybe more.

Good time for Liverpool to play Norwich. They did more than enough while Norwich also steadied themselves and had good periods. Sweet finish for the Norwich goal.

I hope were playing Villa at a good time too and get well ahead of them.

And the key thing for the whole league is not to give the top two a head start .

"Liverpool produce commanding first-half display to thump Norwich"

BBC main headline. Not exactly as I saw it, it could have easily (and probably should have) been 2-2 at the break.

It's "Liverpool teach Norwich Harsh Lesson" on the front page of the main website at the moment. The BBC love in has started.

Ok ive made up my mind - Liverscum will finish third. Theyre great in attack but defence is woeful and VDV will look like a ford fuckin fiesta

He had a great season last term but players done suddenly become great at 27/28. It could well have been a freak season.

I’ve seen him been given the runaround too many times in the past to think he’s now suddenly an ATG.
Still be a quality player of course but the hype is too much with him now, I expect he’ll be dragged down a notch or two this term at some point

Let them think this. Their bias is clear and obvious but it’ll hurt them in the long run.

Carragher is a one eyed moron but he could see that not everything was rosy last night. He actually mentioned if it was a better team in opposition, Liverpool could well have lost.

In all honesty, he is a very good defender and last season was exceptionally good but will fuck up a fair few times this season culminating in shipping in way too many goals.

Against a better team they would have conceded four or five... i think we will be nearer to them than they are to Man Shitty

I think we have a real chance of finishing above them, especially if we enjoy a similar amount of fortune as they tend to ( already had two lucky goals from last night! )

It's actually even worse now. Main page of our national broadcaster. All the most important stories from around the world. Most of them about Liverpool. They won one game against fucking Norwich..
