Berbatov Left us to join United, yes he wont silverware but will probably be more fondly remembered by us than United fans, the most of which remember him as a lazy show pony.

That's what I don't get about him. At Utd the fans never really took to him and all the Utd fans I know just think of him as "some guy who played for us for a bit" but he constantly panders to them like he's some sort of club legend at Old Trafford or something. It's an extremely one-sided relationship. It's like he's determined to remind everyone that he played for them to prove he was that good etc

Chelsea 2nd and Man Utd 4th ahead of us? What he fuck has Gullet been smoking?
Gullit is a terrible pundit. He came over to Norway's PL studio one weekend last season and spouted so much shit, particularly about us, that I'd be amazed if he's ever invited back.

He was good for then them too, he is just too laid back to be ever considered a legend, they think more of Teddy than they do him. Hes an arrogant prick but still one of my favourite modern day players.... fucking cock.

Berba has been very complimentary about us in the past. I dont take offense by what he says and if we dont win anything in a couple of years then yeah Kane should go... nothing wrong with that

Danny Mills on the other hand - ****... dont get me started

ESPN are also ****s - like you would think with the money being thrown into football in America they could get better pundits than Steve fuckin Nicholl and Craig twat Burley. We should give them Mills

To be fair most of the football isn't on ESPN, it's on NBC, who I actually think do quite a good job with it. ESPN FC is just a load of barely-relevant ex-coaches shouting at each other about nothing in particular, while Shaka Hislop tries to calm everyone down and some random Latin-American bloke sits there smiling stupidly.

As a caveat I haven't lived in the US for a couple of years so maybe they've changed it up now, but it was certainly like that while I was over there.

Yeah ESPN FC is completely unwatchable. It makes Sunday Supplement look well-informed.

Although they all said that we would be nailed on top three, pushing the top two more but moving further ahead of the rest. But agree it is full of so much rubbish and like all others is fixated over ManU and Liverpool

I dont understand why we are so hated. For much of my supporting life we have been tripe, but now we are becoming one of the elite, maybe its that. I would think that having another elite club was a good thing, especially as its been done from the foundation up not just splurging cash every transfer window. But meh, fuck em.

I feel as Spurs fans we always had a bit of a sense of entitlement.

I started supporting early 90s so we have been pretty much shit for most of my supporting life but even then we had the history, the philosophy and the belief that we were better than the other also rans. We even had the players. Even when we were shit we had players like Klinsman, Sheringham, Ginola, Berbatov. I feel like that caused a lot of resentment amongst non big-4 clubs and then in big 4 you have Chelsea and Goons who obviously hate us.

The fact we are coming good on our promise now seems to be especially galling to people. I've been calling it since I was 8 so now people really do think I'm a smug c*nt. Love it!

I forgot the Latin bloke - fuckin hell he is stupid and checked him out - he is a nobody.

Its like they try to be controversial for the sake of it, they all have their individual roles (a bit like friends the show). Dumb fuckers.

I think BT Sport have some good pundits and do like Carragher and Neville

Won't be respected until we pick up trophies and people then will realise that we're a safe bet in their predictions to the point of not making them look/sound stupid when they back us.

I honestly think that's why we're hated so much, because we've risen from the foundation up via a sustainable business model rather than the bottomless pockets of some oligarch. We're are to-a-t how a modern club should be run, and I think other clubs (particularly the likes of Chelsea) resent that almost in a defensive manner to justify the scrupulous ways thier own clubs are run

Steve Nicol on ESPN says Lo Celso has been bought as a squad player not a starter so doesn't improve us just our depth.

I watched this vid yesterday and it had me shocked and fuming in equal measures.
Just goes to show Nicol is an utterly crap pundit - who knows next to nothing about players who are up and coming.

'Squad player' lol - f*** me!!!

I hope you win some sort of prize.

(I assume it’s a game, where you have to sneak the words “I do like Carragher” into a sentence and get away with it with only minimal abuse and derision.)

Well done sir.

Good luck in the next round, where you have to say something nice about Jack Wilshere without use of irony, sarcasm or vomit.

It hasn't changed, its absolute toilet.
They only have the FA and League Cup rights so thankfully its not very often I have to suffer it.
Id like to feed Steve Nicol into a wood chipper...feet first.

NBCs EPL coverage is much better, but they're so focussed on Utd, Liverpool, and now thanks to Pulisic, Chelsea its ridiculous.
On their site right now they have previews of the clubs who might win the league....we're not even mentioned, and City who have won it 2 years running only get a passing mention, it's ALL about Liverpool, Utd, and Chelsea.

He also said that Sessegnon was a logic and good transfer now that Trippier has been sold. He have no idea what he is talking about.
