Tottenham and Valencia have reached an agreement over a loan deal for Tanguy Ndombele - but the player isn't sure on the move, according to reports. Spurs technical director Fabio Paratici has been working hard on exits this month as he looks to bolster Antonio Conte's transfer budget and the Italian is now trying to manufacturer Ndombele's exit.
