That's a bit like comparing a ditch digger, to a QC.

Not very many would resist the chance, but one thing i would say is that Greaves always admitted that moving to Chel$ea from Spurs was the worst decision he ever made. In today's game money does indeed grow on trees, and most of the low hanging fruit get picked.[/QUOTE]
Eh? You mean moving to AC Milan from Chelsea I think?

It would, it does, and there are streets of broken dreams with players doing it.

It's called greed and each and everyone of us would do it in our everyday lives. Get over it and move on.

Schneiderlin
Schweinsteiger
Shaw
Carroll
Jo
Anelka
Downing
Aquilani
Wright Phillips
Robhinio
Veron
Shevchenko
Torres

The list is fucking endless.

Sweeping and totally inaccurate generalisation if ever I've seen one.

What the hell is some people's problem with Davies? Hes done an excellent job covering for Rose. He's a little unspectacular, sure, but where are we going to get a better back up RB? Another very solid performance on Thursday. Coudn't really ask for more.

I don't think Walker wanting to move (if indeed he even does want to move) is anything much to do with greed. We all know players can earn a fortune playing for the likes of Stoke or Southampton these days. Most premiership players are already on the kind of money that has them set up financially for life. So I do think it's more about wanting to win a few trophies during a short-ish career. Walker may be making a mistake in thinking City are more likely to win trophies than Spurs, but recent history suggests not.

Do you mean picking Chelsea over Spurs (when he was a youngster) or moving to West Ham over Spurs?

I would have thought his biggest regret was signing for Milan considering the he'll he was in over there.
