If you're offisde, you're offisde. It's a pretty black and white rule.

If 1 mm of a ball is on the line and the rest over should a goal be given too?

I think where the shoulder ends and the arm starts or where the line between two players are is a lot more subjective than the goal line system. There are cameras aimed at and calibrated for the line which doesn’t move but the defenders could be anywhere so the camera angles are all over the place for offsides

I think it's only if the encroaching player clears the rebound.

Only if an encroacher is the one who gets to the ball first.

I do like watching Wolves play. Very pleasing on the eye, can knock it about calmly but also inject a bit of pace in their play when needed. Everything they do seems to have a purpose.
