Can I just say that this is the best I have felt in a long while. Don't get me wrong progressing to the CL final was one of the best moments in my Spurs supporting life, but this gives me such a lovely feeling of optimism and joy.

His previous tweets mentioned that he is on Talksport with Jamie O'Hara at 7pm, so I think that might be what he was referring to, rather than the time of the Bale announcement.
